Our Story

The short, mostly true version

Many Bennies started because someone thought Fremont needed better ice cream, and refused to be talked out of it. What began as a stubborn idea turned into a shop that takes fruit seriously and not much else.

Every flavor is hand swirled, by people who taste-test more than is strictly professional. We're still figuring some things out. Fresh fruit ice cream isn't one of them.
